Product Description

This manual is a reference for tax professionals preparing individual returns with guidance for which IRS forms need to be filed for individual US taxpayers, as will as which forms need to be filed directly with FinCen.

At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to determine when and which special IRS forms need to be filed for US citizens and resident aliens with foreign income, assets or received gifts, bequests or distributions. An incredibly valuable 1-page grid provides quick reference. The manual then guides the student in preparing and complying with direct filings with the Treasury Department including the new beneficial interest filing requirement for 2024.
